Pricing
Your greeting price includes: complete phrase, tons of balloons and stars, age, exclamation point, several graphic images (minimum of 4), delivery, setup and pick up.
Texas state sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices.
Single Phrase Greetings - $95 (example: Happy 10th Birthday Name)
Phrases other than Happy Birthday: $100 Single phrase (up to 25 characters) (example LORDY LORDY NAME IS 40)
Additional names are $10 each
Graduation Greetings - $100 – standard CONGRATS with a Name
Additional nights may incur $50 per night (excluding graduation greetings)
Same-day orders may incur a $25 fee.
Major holidays, please add $25
Delivery/Set up/Pick up
You can expect delivery and set up of your greeting after 6:00pm the evening before your event / celebration. Greeting pick up will occur after 7:00pm on the evening of your event.
We are flexible and can accommodate special delivery times if requested.
Payment
We accept Venmo at @jennifer-mccarter-7, Zelle at 210-867-4820, personal checks and cash. If you don’t use these payment methods, we can email you a Paypal invoice where you can use a Credit Card, (Paypal account not required). Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.

Policies
Rental Policy
Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation. For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting.
Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.
Please do not dispose of any signs.
Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.
Please make sure your lawn area is free of fire ants.
Please water your yard for at least 20 minutes on the day of your delivery.
Placement of the yard sign is at the discretion of BYG. Please let us know if you want the signs set up in a specific place and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Boerne Yard Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.
If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a refund, or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.
In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting and you will receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated community; if animals prevent us from delivery or any circumstance that prevents us from delivery that are out of our control.
A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the correct address or a different location at same home. This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install.
